Personally identifiable information are the information we collect from you during signup for any of our services.  These pieces of information include your name, home address, email address, telephone, mobile, company information and payment details. 

ZOOM.PH would like you to know that this website records certain information.  This includes your location, browser version, IP address, chat logs, operating system and screen resolution.  These pieces of information help us provide the users a better website experience.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect by logging into your password-protected ZOOM.PH account and selecting to update your 'My Details.'  You can also correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Private Correspondence

ZOOM.PH treats emails sent via our ZOOM Hosting to be a private detail.  In connection, ZOOM.PH will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of an email, nor will it impede the sending of such communication. 

By using our services, Client agrees that ZOOM.PH is not liable for any unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, vulgar, offensive, or other objectionable content that may be sent by Client.

However, logs of correspondence between client and ZOOM.PH maybe kept to serve as proof of correspondence, instructions, agreements. Client hereby agrees to make logs available to law enforment agencies, authorities or court if they so require.

You agree that access to third party websites that may have been displayed at ZOOM.PH website is at your own risk.  ZOOM.PH is not responsible for the accuracy of contents or the Privacy Policy of third party links.  Display of these websites does not mean endorsement or recommendation by ZOOM.PH.

By continuing to use ZOOM.PH services after the updates, revisions, or amendments are effective, Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by them.
