Dear Valued Clients,
Please be informed that effective 01 February 2019, ZOOM.PH shall implement a new payment policy for clients with dedicated servers. The new policy has already been posted in the Terms of Service of ZOOM.PH that you may view through https://www.zoom.ph/terms-of-service.php. This decision has been reached by ZOOM.PH management in order to cope with the rising costs of server resources and maintenance.
For a quick reference, below is the new policy that ZOOM.PH has adopted:
“For dedicated servers, notification for renewal of hosting service of dedicated servers is sent to the email of the client ahead of the actual renewal date. A penalty of 1% of the total hosting price starting from due date shall be added daily to the remaining balance if a client fails to settle account. If the client remains default in payment or fails to settle any outstanding penalties fifteen (15) days from due date, ZOOM.PH shall suspend the account and will only be restored upon full payment of the demandable amount, applicable penalties included.”
